
Judith Nagel is a german dancer, performer and choreographer, based in Berlin. Since she is three years old she follows her passion to dance, move, act and perform. In the age of 18 Judith decided to move away from her hometown and to study at Tanzgymnasium Essen-Werden in order to combine dance with her A-Levels/ Abitur (German university entrance qualification)
In 2009, after one year of Bachelor studies in Contemporary Dance at the Conservatory in Vienna (Austria), she decided to move to the Netherlands and to continue her dance studies at ArtEZ - Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Arnhem.
Before her graduation in contemporary dance BA at ArtEZ in 2013, she joined Compagnia Zappalà Danza (Sicily) as a stagiare in 2012/2013.
Judith danced in several productions for international choreographers such as Roberto Zappalà (CZD), Sita Ostheimer (Hofesh Shechter), Salvatore Romania & Laura Odierna (Compagnia Petranura Danza), Thomas Kopp (Theater tanzSpeicher Würzburg), Ivan Perez, Tony Vezich, Ann van den Broek and Jerome Meyer, among others.
Besides she also works as a choreographer and creates her own work in collaboration with other artists and art disciplines.
